What is ecological mitigation?
If you have had recommendations from an ecologist or ecological report it is sometimes necessary to undergo mitigation to prevent an offence to a protected species. Ecological mitigation are actions that are undertaken to prevent harm to species or habitats during the course of work, or actions that create new opportunities for species as a result of habitat loss elsewhere.
