Furthermore we are fully accredited by Acclaim Accreditation, which certifies our ability to carry out work safely and to the standards required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. All projects are subject to rigorous activity and site-specific Risk Assessments and are updated in the field as and when new risks are identified.
The EcoNorth Quality Policy and Procedures set out our robust approach to ensuring quality across all our working practices. Specifically, we follow clear quality control procedure and every document produced, including maps and target notes, go through a three-stage review process including a technical review by a Senior Ecologist and final sign off by the Principal Ecologist or Managing Director. EcoNorth is currently working towards ISO9001 accreditation which it anticipates having in place shortly.

We strive to deliver excellent service every time, but we know we are not perfect. EcoNorth views complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the person or organisation which is why have a clear and transparent complaints policy.
