Ecologist – salary £22,772.58-£26,897.79 pa depending on experience, plus participation in profit share and pension schemes

EcoNorth has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ecologist to join our team of dedicated Ecologists. Specifically, we are interested in hearing from those with a relevant degree, a minimum of two years commercial ecology consultancy experience, hold a specialism in at least one protected species and/or habitats and/or invasive species, and have experience of undertaking Ecological Clerk of Works functions.

Applicants must share our passion for wildlife whilst demonstrating commitment to our ethos of delivering pragmatic services to clients. You will also need a can do attitude, willingness to work from  home for several days at a time, and the ability to support colleagues on large scale, complex projects when required.

EcoNorth is a small team which is currently growing to support the requirements of our clients.

Our core team is based in Cramlington, Northumberland, just north of Newcastle upon Tyne, and services client requirements primarily throughout Northern England and Scotland. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates who would consider working remotely for part of the time.
